Four Unanswered Goals Sends MD2 Past Indiana Tech

The MD2 team took on the Warriors of Indiana Tech University this evening at Arrington Ice Arena.

The Warriors struck first for the only goal of the first period before grabbing two second period goals.

Ryan Hoover's fitteenth of the season would get the Bulldogs on the board with 1:01 gone in the third. Matyas Mach and Jake Amalfitano would assist. Steven Ferraro would pull the Bulldogs within one with 7:20 gone in the third. Brendan Gingras and Mitch Kellerman would assist. Logan Eggleston's third of the year would tie things up less than a minute later with assists from Joey Finfer and Justin Session. Dominick Mikulcak would be the hero, netting the game winner with twenty-six seconds left in the game. Finfer and Session would assist on the game winner as well.

Danny Fielding would come in in relief in the second period and come away with the win for the Bulldogs.

The MD2 team is back in action on Friday night on the road against Trine University. The Bulldogs take on the Thunder once again on Sunday, January 23rd at 5:00 pm.
