Trio of Bulldogs Named All American

The American Hockey Coaches Association named their NCAA D3 All Americans this evening and a trio of Bulldogs were on the list.

Junior defenseman Cory Dunn leads the way on the First Team All West with his third nod in his third season, racking up 3 goals and 27 assists to finish fourth on the team in points and first in assists. Senior captain Mathew Thompson also joins Dunn on the First Team All West for his first All American nod in his final season. Thompson finishes his final season with 16 goals and 18 assists for 34 points. Thompson finishes his four years with 61 goals and 67 assists for 128 career points in 105 games.

Senior assistant captain Taylor McCloy also received his first All American nod, being named to the Second Team All West. McCloy finished first on the team in both points and goals in his first 20+ goal season this year with 24 goals and 14 assists for 38 points in 30 games. McCloy finishes his career as a Bulldog with 51 goals and 59 assists with 110 points in 99 games.
