Men's Varsity Edges Foresters 2-1 for 10th Straight Win

The Men's NCAA team took on the Lake Forest College Foresters on the road this evening in Chicago, Illinois. The Bulldogs came into the second game of the two game season series with a win at home at Arrington Ice Arena two weeks ago as well as on a 9 game winning streak, not dropping a single game in the month of January,
Cameron Cooper got the Bulldogs on the board in the first period, Cooper's 5th of the season would be assisted by Cory Dunn.
The Foresters would tie things up at 1 a piece in the second period where the Bulldogs would fail to break the ice in the second frame.
Taylor McCloy would be the hero in the third and final period of action on the road. McCloy's team leading 13th goal of the season would come at the 8:36 mark of the third period. The Bulldogs would finish strong and hold the 2-1 lead to grab their tenth consecutive victory of the season.
Keven Entmaa picked up the win between the pipes for the Bulldogs, turning away 26 of the 27 shots he would face in the contest.
The Bulldogs look to extend the steak to 11 tomorrow at 4:00 pm when they take on the Aurora University Spartans on the road before returning home for their final regular season home series of the season next weekend.
