3 Stars:
1* Matt Schnoes and Michael Barrett: The tandem of goaltenders that features senior Matt Schnoes and freshman Michael Barrett has proven to be a good system for the Men’s D1 squad as they sweep four opponents in a row, including the formerally #3 ranked Stonybrook and top 20 team University of Michigan Dearborn. Both goaltenders have not surrendered more than 4 goals at any point this season to lead the Bulldogs to a perfect record through 8 games.
2**Brad Kobryn: Junior powerhouse Brad Kobryn officially shares the title of highest goal scorer in Adrian College ACHA Hockey history. With his 100th career goal this past Saturday, Kobryn ties former Bulldog Spencer Bonomo for first place on the list. Not only has he tied the Adrian ACHA record, but is only 2 goals away from tying the goal record of former Varsity standout turned pro Shawn Skelly for the all time school record for any program.
