Sophomore Brad Kobryn Reaches 100 Career Points
Sophomore powerhouse Brad Kobryn reached the 100 point milestone last night in a 10-1 road victory over Eastern Michigan University.
Kobryn tallied a whopping 77 points in only 36 games last season, becoming the only Bulldog player to bury 50 goals in one season. Kobryn averaged 2.2 points per game in his rookie season and had 13 multigoal games, including six hat tricks, one double hat trick, and two four goal games. He was also named ACHA DI Rookie of the Year, ACHA DI Player of the Year, GLCHL Rookie of the Year, GLCHL MVP, and GLCHL Playoff MVP.
So far this season, Kobryn has amassed 15 goals and 10 assists in 10 games, including 2 hat tricks. Kobryn reached this milestone on November 6th against the Eastern Michigan Eagles, where he scored two goals and racked up three assists to put him over the 100 point mark and reached the 70 goal mark as well (70G-32A) in only 46 collegiate games played.
